Craig got his start in the exciting world of hospitality while pursuing a career in dance in New York City. His love of all things food and beverage quickly became an obsession, leading him on a path of discovery; both of himself and a waiting career. As a native of the small Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, Craig grew up being influenced by the tastes, smells, colors and joys of the island. Craig is an avid thrill seeker and creative soul. His love of the arts, both creative and culinary, and the marriage of the two, are major driving forces personally and professionally. Craig is humbled to join the Tatiana team and excited for the journey ahead.
